I love this vet & his staff!!!! They are so helpful, informative & kind. I'm rather frugal & they are so wonderful, I almost don't mind paying the office visit copay. I'm glad I found them for my exotic pet Bearded dragon.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this animal hospital. Dr. Ferber saw my sweet ferret Lennie, who received the most compassionate care all the way up to the moment I had to say goodbye. That experience alone showed me how much heart this entire team has. Recently, I brought my dog Layla in after she cut her paw, we saw Dr. Pinzon Coutinho who was so kind and thorough. Their staff is incredible front the front desk to the techs. They were gentle, patient, and so detailed in explaining everything. You can tell they truly care about the animals and the people who love them. Both doctors I’ve seen here have been outstanding knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely kind. The staff is also amazing: welcoming, understanding, and always ready to help. Their prices are very fair especia

I cannot be more happy with Dr. Ferber and his staff. My pet bunny had developed an abscess on his lower lip. I called Dr. Ferber's office on a Saturday morning, and the front desk staff, who was super friendly and considerate, arranged for me to see Dr. Ferber between appointments on the same day. Dr. Ferber did an excellent job to remove the abscess. My bunny is fully recovered. Price is beyond reasonable. The total cost is around $500, comparing to the $3000 estimates from another exotic vet. On top the free follow-ups, Dr. Ferber offered free after surgery care if I cannot perform it. As an exotic pet owner, I highly recommend Dr. Ferber.
