Tommi had a great experience, came out looking great! I am happy that I now have a fantastic groomer to take her to. I will not take her anywhere else. Tommi had an awful experience with the last groomer I took her to, so so she was incredibly anxious. They handled her with care and kindness ♥️ As a veterinarian, I can definitely tell if my dog has been handled well. This is the best place for pampering your dog 🐶

Alisha was so pleasant & professional and did a phenomenal job on my Australian Shepherd. My dog sheds constantly which is why I got the de-shedding treatment for him! I can already tell the difference it made. She was very understanding when I explained that he was scared of the blow dryer and made sure he was comfortable! Alisha did an EXCELLENT job and I recommend her highly, she was great with my dog!

Downtown Dogs Spa & Boutique is hands-down the best grooming and pampering spot for pups! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about my dog’s comfort. The space is spotless, stylish, and smells wonderful — you can tell they put real thought into every detail. My dog came out looking and feeling incredible — soft, shiny coat, trimmed perfectly, and even sporting a cute little bandana from their boutique. They took their time, gave updates, and made sure my dog was relaxed throughout the whole process. I also love that they offer unique pet products and treats you can’t find anywhere else.
