I wouldn't trust ANY one else with our dogs. I have a hyper sensitive, anxiety driven rescue who remains calm with Dr. Downs (which is unheard of for my baby). They even play claiming music and diffuse calming scents that are specifically for dogs. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I'm forever appreciative of Dr. Downs and her amazing staff.

Although the outcome was completely devastating , Dr. Downs had my trust with Lilah. I am forever grateful at how she handled our difficult, unique situation. Thank you!

Price gouging and overuse of "fear free" practices. Dr. Downs is friendly, but I question her critical thinking and ability to solve a complex health concern as compared to 6 other practices and 8 other Vets I've had the pleasure of interacting with. We will be taking our pets elsewhere after one disappointing experience.
