Dothan Rescue Mission

My boyfriend and I were drivin’ around when we saw this guy walkin’ that just got out of the BMU (crazy hospital )We pulled over, and asked him if he needed a ride. When he got in He said he had nowhere To go!!! So we Took him 3 or four places. Rescue mission was one. The guy who worked there? Real nice, checked things out, came back with a sorry face—no beds tonight. Everywhere we went said the same. Fill out this form, he needs to do an application has to have a phone interview. The man is homeless. He has no phone? Without shelter? No Food It was freezin’. Me and my boyfriend didn’t know what to do thank God we found his aunt here in Dothan. If not… a man fightin’ demons, addiction—left on the curb? We gotta do better. I no the Rescue mission’s is a very good place and helps a lot of

Not only the health department, but the IRS should look into investigating this place

One of the most horrible places to stay at in Dothan, Alabama if you're homeless. The only thing that it has going for it, is that it has a large concentration of great churches that support and feed the residents. So far, in my experience, all homeless missions, fall short of being pillars of hope. Some of these leaders in these missions, can't even recite a verse from the bible, let alone, know the words to the hymns. So, in other words, I'd recommend a cardboard box out in the boonies.

I went in and bouggt some shirts .Due to not getting the recieite didn't know you could'nt take back the items I bought The manager is the most rudest women ive ever meet. She has the stupidest saying We Do Not Lose Any Money. Well No Ma'm you dont Due to getting everthing in the Store FREE.. Good hearted people who doesn't live there. But the guy who is the boss man there is allowing two of the guys who stays there to also work there so they are dubble dipping. And what I mean by that is that they are living off of tax payers money that the government give the mission to pay the bill and to pay the staff members who works for them. So it's against the law for them to allow the guys to work and live for a non profit organization because because how's it make any sense to keep allowing it to go on when at a time in my life when I needed the help instead I got kicked out on the street with no place to go or stay no job no one willing to help not even the mission of hope. But he will help the guy who drinks on the job drives drunk and go inside the house. Sumthing needs to be done
