Putting our little Ginger down A couple of days ago was the hardest thing we have had to do in a long time. Ginger was A big presence in our household, and these last few days have been the hardest. Fortunately we can take comfort in knowing that Ginger was able to pass peacefully at home on her favorite Blanket. God bless Dr. Milligan and her assistant for the work they do. This was a very peaceful and loving experience and the perfect end to a good dog‘s life. Thank you, Dr. Milligan For providing this service and may you continue to do a good job. What you do for these pets and their families is priceless. God bless.!

Very private and comfortable for the family and the pet. Having Ellie euthanized at her home with her humans was peaceful. Dr. Milligan was very compassionate, sensitive and patient. We never felt rushed with our goodbye.

With all due respect to the positives about this business & its reviews, I'd like to give some constructive feedback to help them, especially since they have future clients facing grief. 1) I thought it was weird how chipper they were on the phone when I said I needed to euthanize my cat - like, I'm not expecting them to tell me how deeply sorry they feel or show empathy in the year 2025, but the enthusiasm was tonally odd and unfitting for the occasion. 2) My paw print came with a card that was printed for a dog instead of a cat. It was nice to get an albeit scribbled-on card, but the lack of attention is off-putting. 3) The paw print was unevenly distributed (one side is deeper than the other), and in it are bits of some orange residue. While Door2Door doesn't perform the imprint - they

Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest things you can go through, but when the time came for my sweet Comet, having it done at home was incredibly important to me. I wanted him to be comfortable and surrounded by love in his final moments. It was surprisingly difficult to find someone who serviced my area and could come on short notice, but Door2Door responded so quickly and with such compassion. Their pricing was reasonable, they explained every step with patience and care, and they were so gentle and sympathetic throughout the process. I truly can’t thank them enough for the kindness and professionalism they showed during such a heartbreaking time. While I would never wish this pain on anyone, I highly recommend Door2Door for anyone faced with making this difficult decis

While my dog was being euthanized, Dr. Milligan entered the room and immediately focused on completing paperwork. She did not introduce herself, express condolences, or acknowledge the emotional nature of the situation. There was no effort to speak with us or offer comfort during this very difficult moment. Her husband, who is also a veterinarian, was kind and compassionate; however, his ability to provide comfort was limited, as Dr. Milligan became visibly frustrated with him for speaking. After the procedure, Dr. Milligan stated only that our dog’s heart had stopped and then left the room without explaining next steps, saying goodbye, or offering any words of sympathy. This occurred the day before Christmas Eve, making the experience even more distressing. Due to the lack of compassion
