I have been going to the Roy bowser bath for 2+ years and truly been loving the service and price point. However, since the West Haven location opening and the Roy location temporarily closed my only issue with the west haven location is the limitation on adding minutes when paying for with card. At the Roy location you could add as many minutes as needed. But not at the new location, your locked out at a max of 15 minutes total (3 presses of the green button) and when washing more than one dog it becomes a race to finish in time in order to not have to pay the $12 start fee again. I'm not sure if it was intentional but if it ever changes, my review will be a 5 star. My suggestion when washing more than one dog at this location is to bring cash, keep in mind they don't do cash back and al
