Donna's Dog Grooming

Donna is the very best. I moved to the East side of Indy and tried different groomers, but I drive over thirty minutes to bring my pups to Donna.

Donna has been our groomer since moving to Indianapolis in 2002. She has lovingly groomed my two Bichons. She's a caring professional who is not only a skilled groomer, but understands dogs & their personalities.

Donna is very unprofessional and judgmental of owners. Every appointment she had a complaint on everything from the type of collar and leash we use to the professional training we got for our dog. At one point we even had to bring her in so she could critique the way we walked our dog. This last appointment was the last straw. She absolutely butchered our sweet baby! Please save yourself and your dog unnecessary trauma and go somewhete else. 100% would NOT recommend!

Dog came home limping. Donna told me it was "probably when she jumped out of the car". I was carrying her...she didn't jump out of the car. Putting a dogs is a 2 foot by 3 foot cage for hours is cruelty. I will never take any dog in that place again. Obviously scheduling inability, if it takes 4 to 5 hours. In my experience, I witness her showing affection once...I ask her about the dog...it was HERS!

The staff does a wonderful job with our dogs. Great service, the dogs have never felt so soft. We were able to get in fairly quickly due to our flexibility in schedule. We cannot wait to return.
