We started as clients at DVAH in 2020 and have had nothing but good experiences with both the vets and the staff. I frequently see Judi, Stephanie, and Rachel at the front desk when we come in for medication refills. They are friendly, well organized, and quick to respond when I call with questions or need help scheduling. Even when the clinic is clearly busy, they always do their best to keep things running smoothly. We also see both Megans for regular technician appointments, and they are wonderful in their approach. They clearly work hard to keep visits as comfortable and efficient as possible for everyone. I have had only wonderful experiences with Dominion Valley. The team is always friendly and welcoming. My dog actually enjoys coming here and starts wagging when we pull into the parking lot! Dr. Moss is always kind, very thorough, and takes time to make sure his recommendations are clear. Thank you for all you do!

As usual, a wonderful experience at the vet. Dr Moss and Megan were absolutely wonderful with our very nervous Havanese pup. Dr Moss took the time to explain everything he was doing, the reasons for the procedure he was recommending, and the pros and cons of it. He was patient with my many questions and explained everything in a way I could understand. I love that he goes the extra mile to rule out any issues of disease, and I appreciate his honesty and candor. I have always been really impressed with DVAH and today was no exception. Dr. Gillespie was very thorough in explaining Dexter’s blood work and Urine analysis. He also took time to rule out and explain why it’s unlikely diabetes, kidney disease and a few others illnesses. Dr. Moss was equally impressive with his attention to detail and diagnosis of Dexter in previous visits. Thanks to both of them and the entire team at DVAH for making our visits as pleasant as possible.

I cannot thank the staff at Dominion Valley Animal Hospital enough for the way they cared for our Levi these past couple of months and for the outpouring of love, support & concern from all of them during this difficult week as he peacefully crossed over rainbow bridge on 11.5.2025.
