Dogtown has been the best pet facility I have ever used. By far, every experience from walking in and getting greeted by name to the end of the stay with updates on how my pups are doing were above and beyond. This place CARES about their pups and clients and it reflects. I’ve always found trouble getting my longer fur Husky a full service groom due to her screaming, however she is an ANGEL with Ashley as her groomer. They take the time to work with the pups needs and I have never gotten a bad report about my troublesome pup. My other pup who is a Pitt mix, we utilize the daycare and boarding portion of the facility and LOVE the updates from just daily daycare or the overnights. We have been thrilled with the care our puppy gets at DogTown while attending daycare. He gets super excited the minute we get to the front doors and even more excited when he sees the staff inside. All of the staff members that we have met are very friendly and seem to really love taking care of the dogs!

We are here from out of state for the season and needed to get our fur baby, Phoebe, groomed. I brought a note from our regular groomer describing how she is normally done and the staff took the time to review it and understand the directions. The staff was inviting, kind , and very accommodating. The groomer(s) did a spectacular job. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location.

I just wanted to say how absolutely wonderful our experience was at Dog Town USA! They took such great care of my sweet Gracie Mae — she came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved.
