I have trained all of my dogs over the last 30 years with Chas. There is no one else in the business that can get the results that he gets with clients. My current dog is training to be a service dog and Chas holds me accountable for being consistent and staying positive with my training. I highly recommend!

We would be lost with out the training and support Chas has shown us. The guidance he provides and teachs if you do the steps and invest in learning and growing with your puppers you will be amazed at the results. We never thought they would be this well behaved...that our big girl that at the time of this post is 10 months and just shy of 90 pounds she was able to sit and watch not one but about 6 squirrels that day and I had her leash held with just two fingers. Our girls are just a few months apart and would get into some fights and caused some tension... But since the training we now know how to handle them and they have not fought since and get along better than ever. We now feel equipped to continue to grow with them...work with them...and have the tools we needed to do so thanks

We have 2 Labs, 8 years old, and 5 months old. We started going to Chas for training because our older had some behavior problems (pulling on walks, barking at people walking by the house, mostly). After getting our new puppy, we decided it was time to get serious about training.....starting off with the new puppy on the right foot, and getting the older to behave better. Well, it's been quite impressive what our dogs are like now compared to when we started, and we still have more lessons to go!Peaceful pull-free walks, following commands SO much better, counter surfing drastically reduced and almost gone! etc. Chas is truly an expert at training dogs, and when you put the work in, meaning you do EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS, you get results. Going to Dog's Best Friend has been the best decision

I rescued my dog 3 years ago and she was abused by a man and attacked by a dog when I took her for puppy training. Because of these situations she became very reactive to everyone and everything and it only got worse. I brought her to Chas a couple months ago and as soon as we walked in she was growling at him and had very very low confidence. Over the time of our sessions Chas has given so much advice and answered every question of mine. Last week I was able to take her to pet palooza with no negative contact dog interactions and today at our last session she was completely off leash and unfazed by Chas walking around. This is a complete 180 from the dog I brought it and I am just so happy to be on the right track to helping her gain confidence and not be reactive or aggressive! Couldn’t

Started taking both of our dogs (both who had gone to the normal puppy obedience training) to Chaz a few months ago when one of them started acting more aggressive around dogs, kids, and generally anything that "moved" unexpectedly. She definitely always felt like she needed to be on alert and protecting us at all times. They have both improved considerably, and we feel ultra prepared to continue the training journey even far after we are done with Chaz. The biggest change we've seen, besides the dogs behavior/obedience, is how invested we are in our pups now. Until we sat down to do the first week's homework, we realized how little (and incorrectly) we were addressing our dogs behavior. More than anything, the things he teaches you are universal for dog training. Patience, perfectionism,
