DOGGY DIP & CLIP

Patricia is the best! She takes such good care of my two dogs when the kids get back when we go in for grooming. She gives the best nail trim!! They actually do full service grooming and even boarding. When we boarded our dog, we had a great experience. Excellent and competitive prices. Definitely recommend. My husband and I met the owner at the grocery store and I wish I never did because this place is horrible. If you need to get you dog groomed do yourself a favor and go to Bubbles Dog Grooming they are the best in Katy. So let’s start with I took my dogs took themin for a full grooming and it was the worst experience of mine and my dogs life. I have a cocker spaniel with big ears and I also have a papyion that had the prettiest tail feathers ( that’s what I called them). Well first off they nicked my cocker on his ear and neck which turned into huge hot spots because he would scratch them. I thought I might have to take him to the vet it was so bad. Met the owner at Krogers grocery store with a big white parrot. We started talking and he asked me if had any dogs. Then proceeded to tell me about his grooming services. My wife and I decided to try them out. I wish we never had. We dropped off our Cocker Spaniel and Pappion. Gave explicit instructions on how to groom. Later that day we picked the dogs up and the pappion was not cut right. The cocker had knicks inside his ears where the clippers nicked him. This turned into a bad sore. We took the dogs on vacation with us the next day. They assured me to just bring Jagger back for the correct hair cut. Tried to tell me the Knick often happens with the Cocker breed. My dog has been coming here since 2023, and the staff always does an excellent job. He can be a bit difficult during baths and has very curly hair that mats easily, but they handle him with great care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

One of the best grooming experiences! Our dog is older and cranky. They made both my dog and I feel comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend! A++
