Fantastic experience. Cindy was super caring, kind, and patient with our Schnauzer that had gotten some mats from a sweater. He was a bit of a mess and other groomers wanted to shave him bald. She put the time in, worked patiently, and made him look amazing. So glad I found this place. Thank you. Truly.

Sindy was amazing she took her time with my two Shih Tzu’s and they were beautiful when she was done. She’s so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the dogs are comfortable and have a good experience. Looking forward to many more visits!

Our Snickers (CavaPoo) has been here several times. Each time he returns home with a good cut and is relaxed and acts like himself when we get home so I know he was treated well. I highly recommend. Sindy and other staff have been friendly and I have not had any issues. I do suggest when picking up your dog that you inspect the groom so that if it is not what you expected, they will certainly address it as they are diligent about wanting you to be pleased. My dog is very accustomed to getting groomed and tolerates it well. Not all dogs do.

I took my long hair dachshund in for a trim up with scissors. It took 2 hours. She told me 30 minutes. She was the only dog there. And she left looking like she went to great clips and the cut was so inconsistent and all her hair is gone and it was done with clippers! Worst experience ever. I only wanted behind her ears trimmed. She cut all of it off, same for her legs. I added a before picture of how pretty she was to what we received.
