I gave clear and direct instructions to avoid specific areas. Those were the exact and only areas where my dog was injured. Not the first time they’ve ignored instructions. I have been getting their services since 2024 until now.
They do a great job and the dogs love going there. It’s funny how the dogs know when they’re going there and when they get picked up, they wanna show off their new hairdos.
The owner is very sweet and my dog didn't like new people but she loved her from the moment they met and all of her staff is wonderful and great and my TT loved everyone there
Gentle, kind - and funny! I love this place, and the puppies are so calm the while time we're there!
