House of Birds

It took a lot of research and consideration for me to finally get a bird, and I'm glad I got Niko from House of Birds! The owner was very careful in assessing whether I was ready for a bird, and it's obvious that she cares for the parrots' wellbeing more than anything else. The only thing I would mention is that Niko did had his wings clipped as a baby, which I personally don't condone wing clipping but it's understandable considering the glass wall at the store front, reducing panicked escapes, the amount of birds to take care of and the risk of birds injuring themselves. Niko had a molt and his feathers are now full grown and beautiful now! Thank you house of birds ❤️ You guys are awesome.

Amanda and her husband were both amazing from the start. We went in with hopes for a Grey and left with Jake a few short hrs later an Eclectus. Amanda has been nothing short of amazing with guidance during and after hours. We cannot wait to get an aviary room put together to get Jake some friends from the House of birds!!! Bath time Jake is so fun!!!

Amanda helped me with the purchase of my bird as a first time bird owner. She was and has been so helpful to me. She answered all my questions when I visited the store and even responds to my texts for help and guidance. You can tell she has a passion and love for all the birds. I can't thank her enough for all the help I've gotten and I love my bird so much. Also, I love that she can watch our bird when we need to be gone because I know she will be in great hands with lots of love and care. I had visited other bird stores and this is the one I got the most help, love, advice, kindness, all of it. If you are considering buying a bird, I'd definitely visit House of Birds.

Meet Honey 🐦💛 I want to start by thanking Amanda for her kindness and attention. We live an hour away from the store, and the trip was totally worth it. I decided to wait a month and a half to bring my little bird home because he was still very young, and during that time Amanda kept me updated and sent me photos of them. Now that he’s with me, I’m so happy!!! The store is beautiful, clean, and you can tell the birds are healthy and well cared for. I highly recommend them 100% ❤️

Awesome people! I have never owned any birds before, so I was nervous when my husband decided to get a Conure from them. We visited a few times prior to picking our bird and every time we went it was so clean and such a welcoming atmosphere! Our sons and I got so much education about the right diet, cage and personality matches when searching for your bird! You can tell they ABSOLUTELY care about not only the birds themselves (making sure youre a good fit and not just impulse buying) but also making sure that you're making informed decisions for your forever commitment! We love our Jewel and will definitely be back!
