Doggie Spa

I have a soon to be 17 year old dog. When Roxy was younger I was fine with taking her to any groomer with the best deal. As she aged and became more fragile, I realized she needed some more personalized care. I've been going to Doggie Spa for a couple of years now and they are the best small business grooming service on the Far East Side of Indy. They truly love the work they do and the families they serve. The attention they give Roxy is unlike any other groomers. They truly care for her and let me know if any possible concerns they noticed while grooming her. They also take a quick photo of her once she's done and attach it to the receipt. It's so cute! Horrible service and customer service. Over priced and quality of groom was terrible. Basically paid $180 for our retired show dog to be bathed. All we required were ears, whiskers and pads/nails trimmed not a full groom, but were more than willing to pay full price for a quality groom. Barely could tell pads were even done. Manager was hostile over the phone and very adamant about redoing the work when we DO NOT want to bring our dog back. He also made sure to tell me multiple times “they don’t do refunds” even though their business hours/“policies” make it even more difficult to communicate professionally along with the horrible quality of work.

Shirley are very caring and loving people . They do an excellent job on my dog! His name is Sam. He doesn't mind going there his tail is always wagging when he is dropped off. I lost my other groomer, and they took my dog in . No questions asked. And for that i am truley grateful. They have always treated me with kindness whether i call or come in.

We are so excited and pleased with the service our fur babies received at Doggie Spa, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and took very good care of our doggies. They got our Romeo and Prince looking and smelling good. They also took some really good pictures of them as well. We are thoroughly pleased from start to finish.

I really wanted to like this place. I was forced to find a new groomer (she sadly left the profession). My vet recommended this place, and I came in with high hopes. You have to make an appointment, which is just fine, but then doesn't tell you an estimated time to pick up. Maybe it's just a learning curve for me, but the way it was presented seemed rude and uncaring. I dropped my kids off before their scheduled time (10:30) and didn't get a text until 10 till 5 saying they would be ready to pick up at that time. When I picked my kids up, they stated that Waylon showed his teeth. I told them in the beginning that he was nervous and a rescue. I said that I did give him some calming meds (calming chews) before he came, and they said that they weren't supposed to take pets on meds. Which con
