Dog Trotter is amazing! Bob and Brenda were super helpful from the day I requested a quote, and helped me very quickly when the speedometer stopped working (it had just been jostled in transit and stopped reading). My dog is very active so I wanted something to tire him out when the weather is too bad for bikejoring. He absolutely LOVES his mill, and begs to run multiple times a day. It was much quieter than I’d expected and most definitely quieter than the Firepaw. If you are considering getting one and also have a very drivey dog, I highly recommend getting one with a brake, my dog will not stop of his own free will, so being able to easily stop him from overdoing it is a huge plus. A class act from start to finish!!! I was hesitant to invest in a slatmill until we tried one, it became very clear dog trotter is the industry’s leader for a reason. Assemble was pretty straight forward and they were fast on replying when I needed help with the locking levers . Even my cat seems to enjoying it I was very happy to be able to purchase a safe and American made product for my dog

Top of the line equipment, some of the best I've seen for your pets, but very hard to in contact with personnel. Somewhat time consuming to getting your product serviced seems to be some kind of back log, but very pleasurable people to deal with once you get in contact with staff.
