Patience pays off, i have a Husky and he used to be hyper and i have used their techniques as in their book and can say it works if you just take the time to understand and focus on results. I trained 2 very different dogs at her classes. Classes are small and there's lot of individual attention. I've trained a lot of dogs over the years, and worked with some famous trainers, and successfully competed. Maureen is one of the best and most knowledgeable. She has written 2 great books on dogs & training. She also works with therapy dog training. I know others who are equally pleased with the help they got from her. UPDATE- She has written 3 books. Is certified to test Therapy Dogs. Check her credentials, few trainers have her level of expertise. Ignore her 1 star review. He gives no reason. I known many people who have trained there, never knew any that weren't pleased and all were helped. She is very respected and a lovely person.

I know friends that use her services, and they all report that she is AMAZING at what she does.
