Dog O Mat: dog wash - grooming - supplies

my dog oscar is always dirty and ugly looking. i took him to dog o mat and they made him so beautiful, i finally didn’t want to cry when i looked at him anymore. AND it was cheap AND they gave him special non-shedding shampoo which helped him stop getting dog hair on the downstairs toilet seat. still not sure how he does that.

I’m extremely disappointed and upset after bringing my dog here for grooming. He came home with a severely irritated and crusty ear, which looks painful and possibly infected (photo attached). This did not exist before the appointment. No one said anything at pickup, and now I have to take him to the vet. This is completely unacceptable. It shows lack of care, poor handling, or unsanitary grooming practices. I will never bring my pet back here, and I urge other pet owners to be very cautious. Follow up: On July 5, I left a review after my Bernese Mountain Dog, Sam, came home from Dog-O-Mat with severe trauma under both ears following grooming. This is a formal update and refund request. Xena my Australian Shepherd gets her baths here and her toe nail trimmed-which isn’t her favorite thing. But it is ALWAYS a very awesome experience for both of us!!! Highly recommend ❤️

Took my golden today for a full groom! Nikki did a great job, my Millie had a couple bad spots behind her ears and she did a great job getting them tamed! The only Reason I didn’t give 5 ⭐️ was location. Busy especially on a football Saturday Also I feel the dogs should be groomed in back of store , I was a nervous mom no doubt!

I recently visited Dog O Mat Grooming for an appointment with a groomer, Beth, but was disappointed to find out that she was not available. Additionally, I had called Dog O Mat Grooming several times to confirm my appointment, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. I was not informed about this prior to my appointment that she was not available, but fortunately, a substitute groomer suggested that she could do it, and as she was a professional, I trusted her. However, the service I received was poor and did not meet my expectations. The substitute groomer did a very poor job grooming my dog, with the grooming being inconsistent and unprofessional.
