Took my Yorkie, horrible hair cut. Chopped up behind ear and dog has bangs and long sides. 🤦‍♀️ Only thing they could say “no big deal, easy fix”. I hate to put bad reviews but really!

Paula and her staff have the magic hands. She can do any cut! I’ve trusted her for the last 7 years with my furry babies and she ALWAYS delivers. The love and care she shows them is remarkable. Paula will decorate with a bow for your girl and a handkerchief for your boy. Holiday time she will go above and beyond! Thank you guys for always being consistent throughout the years!!

Took our Mini Australian Shepheard here, who happen to have some matte's due to his sister playing with him (ugh). I was so pleased that they got them out and didn't have to give him a "buzz" "high and tight " cut like he got from this other groomer last time.(which they didn't inform us and he didn't have hardly any matte's either). So we were prepared if they had to shave him and gave the ok but thankfully they did a AWESOME JOB! He looks so handsome. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found them.

Thank you to all the staff for making my Savannah feel safe and loved with her first time away from home since our family rescued her and likely her very first bath and grooming experience. She looks and smells beautiful. We look forward to returning on a regular basis now. 🐾

Would not recommend if you have a golden retriever, both of my dogs backs were left clumpy looking and just not right, There was no communication during the whole process, I had to call twice to see if my dogs were ready to be picked up after they’d been there for 8 hours. I was really hoping for undercoat control, however they didn’t seem to do much of that. They do smell good and they are clean tho.
