Dog Food Express

This is the best pet store in the Flathead Valley and maybe even all of Montana. I have been going here since I was a toddler and I am now an adult who is a regular customer. They sell healthier pet foods for often less than Petsmart, Petco, and Walmart in my experience. I am an avid aquarist and compared to all of the pet stores I've gone to, especially in contrast with chain franchises, they take the best care of their fish. Quarantine protocol ensures you have a very low risk of getting sick fish. They pay attention and if any signs of sickness show, the fish go back into quarantine. They predominantly sell food, fish, shrimp, and sometimes aquatic frogs. They have Betta fish that are actually kept in their own tanks instead of cups. True customer service and always works to provide the best experience for their customers. The staff at The Aquarium shop/Dog Food Express have always gone above and beyond in making sure we are always satisfied. Multiple times if they have been out of a certain brand, they always make the effort to get our info and call us when it is in along with providing solutions in the interim for our four-legged family member.

They have the dog food I get for my dog a bit cheaper than murdochs. The only 2 places that sell the nutrisource. Also they have raw diets for dogs aswell. Lady was super helpful.

Hands-down best selection of fish in the valley. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The nurse shark and caiman alone are worth the visit!
