Dog Days Delight

Great 1st time experience with this company. It was my fur babies first time here and they really enjoyed themselves. My babies have been getting groomed with Shannon for years and we followed her to this groomers. Their first time here and they were able to roam free with other small dogs. They all got along very well. I trust Shannon completely with my kiddos and know they are in good hands. Trinity is a 12yr black schnauzer with bad separation anxiety and being locked up doesnt work out for her. She usually refuses to go in but she went in today like nothing and was comfortable. Blade is 1 yr & game for anything. They loves Aunty Shannon. PICS for attention.

very disappointed. The first time we brought Vettie (a very well behaved tiny shihtzu) there she took over 2 hrs longer than expected- we had had lunch in the area waiting for her so my husband wasn't happy.. but i thought she did a good job so i said from now on since we are a distance away we will just drop her off.. and then she would text us to pick her up. it always took 3-4 hrs but that was fine. The last time they called me instead of texting me and my ringer wasn't on (i didn't know) .. i kept checking my text. I still don't know why she didn't text as that was what was normal for them to do! They even send reminders out that way! I finally saw that she called me and i called her back and she seemed irritated. I explained i hadn't received a text but told her my husband had to stop

I have had my Yorkie groomed there several times. Its a 30+ minute drive from my home in Punta Gorda. But its been worth the drive.
