I was hesitant to leave a review, but unfortunately, this was the worst grooming experience I've had. To be fair, I do have a poodle, which can be a bit challenging to groom. The first thing I noticed was that my girl's fur was still curly—normally, after a grooming session, her coat stays smooth for about a week. This made it clear that she hadn’t been brushed out properly. Then, I saw her face. I specifically asked for no body cut, just a clean-up around her face, but she left all the dirty hair around her mouth and only trimmed around her eyes. I was willing to overlook these issues until I realized she hadn’t even trimmed my dog's nails. Considering I paid $75, I expected a more thorough job. I pretty much feel scammed.
I have been taking my 2 pound yorkie to Shelia ever since she was little. Every now and then there would be a few tiny cuts, but we never thought anything of it because my dog would tend to get some matting due to her long hair. She also informed me that she put ointment on the cut. I brushed this off because I figured it would have been a tiny cut, and once I got into my car it was way bigger than usual. I kept an eye on this cut and realized that it was getting infected. Pus was coming out of it, bumps, redness, etc. I took her to the vet after debating for a wh

The best. Pet Co hurt and scard my dog and wanted to put him under to giving him a cut. I went to Doc grooming and never looked back. They are great with my dog. Once right before I was going to take him in, he rolled in poo. I was so mad at him and almost canceled but she told me to bring him in and she'll clean him right up. Oh she is a safe saver.
I went there with my dog last week, and saw more liberal political signs out front than I could handle, so I decided to go elsewhere. Rule #3 in business: never share or mix your political views with your job or business.
