Dirty Hairy's

Have been here a couple times since I moved to the area a couple years ago and was looking for a new groomer to deshed and do nail trims. On my most recent visit for a grooming, when we got back I noticed scabs on my dog's neck area day or two after. Brought her into my vet because I was concerned, and the only guess they currently have is that the brush or groomer may have been too aggressive, causing scratches. Not thrilled with that, nor the customer service, who always seem like they're unhappy that I'm bringing my business to them I'm the first place. I'll be looking for a new location, and wouldn't personally recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a new groomer. Truly disappointed considering the convenient location and other positive reviews.

Tried to charge me more because my dog is a bigger breed just to get his NAILS trimmed. That is not a thing. Groomers do charge by size or breed but not for nails. When I called the lady that answered was very rude and snappy with me

My first time using this place to groom my daughter's dog Puma. Angelica did an EXCELLENT job. I already scheduled his next appointment!! No need to look for any other groomers after going to this place! Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌 💪 😉!!!

Have tried weekly for more than 5 weeks to make an appointment for my pup to be groomed. No one called me back. At all. Once can be considered a mistake, but not 5 weeks. I thought it was too bad because we thought we were happy with Dirty Hairy's but it turns out to be a wonderful thing as we have found a FANTASTIC groomer we adore.
