Our dog Buff loves it at Dig It Dogs. Buff loves the staff and gets all excited when he see them. We say go to daycare he gets all excited to go. The staff is very caring with the dogs. He even has stayed overnight with no problems. Buff gets his baths there, which he enjoys and likes the groomer. So we give Dig It Dogs LLC 5 stars with our thanks

We recently picked up our dog, Baxter, from Dig It Dogs, and we are extremely disappointed with the care he received. Upon arrival, we were informed that Baxter had an accident in his cage, and when we asked for details, we were told he had urinated and defecated. While we were assured that he had been cleaned up and bathed, Baxter still smelled so badly that we had to drive home with the windows down. There is no way that the odor was from a one time accident. After getting home, it took multiple rounds of shampoo to even begin addressing the horrific odor, which leads us to believe that where he was housed was filthy. Not only has our new puppy benefited from the classes taught by Michelle to learn obedience, manners and confidence but she LOVES the structured safe play at daycare! And I love it because I don’t have to worry. The staff have been INCREDIBLE and I think my puppy loves going to see them and her new four legged friends!

I first discovered Dig It Dogs in 2021 and immediately signed my dog Lucy up for basic obedience. She was incredibly disobedient prior to taking that class. After the 6 weeks, she was a completely different dog. That class and the trainer/owner Michelle drastically improved both of our lives. Fast forward to spring 2024…Lucy began showing signs of resource guarding me and it was a struggle to bring her out in public. I reached out to Michelle and after a private session I signed Lucy up for basic obedience again. Going through that class again and using all of the tools and techniques Michelle taught me did the trick! Lucy’s resource guarding has greatly improved. I’m in town for a travel contract at a local hospital and wanted a safe place for my puppy to socialize while I’m at work. I found dig it dogs and I’m so happy I did. My puppy had a negative experience at a doggy daycare down home in South Carolina so I was nervous to try daycare again. I’m so happy I did. My little Pupup gets SO excited when I say the work daycare now. As soon as we get to Dig it Dogs he cries in excitement to get inside. When I pick him up he is pooped so I know he is getting plenty of playtime throughout the day. The staff have all been so friendly and they give me updates and a report card at the end of every day. Highly recommend!!
