My disabled housemate purchased a tarantula spiderling at the Capital District Reptile Expo a couple of months ago from this vendor. He pushed it on her even though she specifically stated that she wanted an adult. Afterwards, they were not available to answer any questions. The phone number was turned off. I did my best to help her care for the spiderling, but unfortunately, it died, and my housemate is inconsolable. I feel that there was a certain lack of ethics involved, given that her disability was clear, and she stated that she didn't feel comfortable with a baby. Would not recommend.

Had an amazing experience with my daughter in the store a week ago, the employee was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable & highly recommended coming here for all of your exotic pets needs. Came back a week later with our ball python concerned he wasn't eating & they helped feed him & gave us more knowledge to properly care for our snake. Highly recommend!!!

Been going to these guys for a little over a year now. DJ, Jordan and Nick are always pleasant to interact with. They're very knowledgeable about the species they have in the store for sale, and make sure you have everything important you'll need for your new pet.

AMAZING my friend and I went there and were in love with this male boa constrictor he was so cute and we just had to have him. We named him diesel and the guy working there helped with the enclosure and everything for only 200$ just the best experience

I've never been to the flagship store but they're often at the expos I go to and they're the most wonderful people! Always amazing customer service and always ready to answer questions!
