Diane's Grooming Salon

I called Diane to make an appointment over the phone … I told her that I had a shihpoo and he’s mid size (20lbs) she priced me at $45 and told me that it would be about $1 more if he was bigger then she assumed. I had my mom drop him off Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock , His appointment was at 9:30.. She looked at my dog and said that he was way too big and that the price is going to go up and now it is $55. My mom told me and I decided that I did not want her to cut him anymore due to the price change as well as her closing at 11 o’clockAm, Yes, two minutes later or maybe less She states that she had already started on him( Which was hard to believe because she was still at the front counter) She got done with my dog in about an hour and 30 minutes, When I arrive to pick him up, the haircut

This is not what I asked for my dog look a hot mess she rushed on my dog and this is not what I asked for at all he is uneven everywhere. The grooming was to quick I asked for a full hair cut and I got a hot mess. Now she got my dog itching w.e she used got him itching real bad and biting himself. Please stay away from her she is money hungry and don’t know anything about grooming the second pic is what she did and usually my dog get cut like the first pic

This will be my first and last experience with this groomer. She’s extremely rude, very unprofessional and customer service is severely lacking. I took my dog to her on Saturday, I had my boyfriend pick her up and didn’t get to see my dog until later that night. I was instantly upset with her haircut, it was choppy, uneven, and now my dog is itching and she wasn’t before I took her in. Due to the groomer’s being closed on Sunday and Monday, I called the Tuesday to express my unhappiness with my dogs services. Diane instantly got defensive, yelled at me stating she cut the best she could and the cut was what I asked for. She also tried to say she cut 30 dogs that day. I can’t believe this place has been in business for so long. I asked did she cut my dog with her eyes open or closed because

Diane is wonderful. She was able to squeeze in one of my babies at the last minute! What a lufe saver thank you so much.

One star speaks for itself. I talk to Diane on the phone to get my German Shepard groomed. She charged me $125 to cut his hair down. I didn't pay attention to the closing time on the ticket and I was waiting for her to call me. When I looked at the receipt, one of the numbers was wrong in my phone number. This woman cussed me out and said she was going to keep my dog. She had me Soo upset. She was going to charge me another$75 to get him back. She has a knack of hanging up on people. I was going to call the police but I didn't know where she lived. When I finally got him back, he didn't even look like my same dog.
