I brought in my Pomeranian/chihuahua mix and told them he can’t be cut too short and to focus on his feet/potty areas. Well, the first two photos are what I picked up compared to the second two which are what I dropped off… Not only is he extremely short but the cut is super uneven and his front left paw did not get trimmed at all! No other groomer has ever cut him this short so I can only hope that it grows back normally…. Every groomer he has ever been to has known that since he has a double coat he can’t be cut too short….

I wasn’t going to post this review, going back since my wonderful dog has passed away I really should have spent more money and taken her to a better groomer. This place was once really good under other management and my dog really loved Suzy so I kept taking her there. At first Hector did give a few good haircuts but I would say over the last year and half he absolutely butchered my dog and anytime she saw him she would start trembling with fear. The last time she was there was Jan 2025, she received the worst cut of her life, completely against everything I had asked I wanted to keep her fluffy (she was practically shaved to her skin), he cut her ears down to numbs and her foot was bleeding. They cut two nails on our dog TOO SHORT! You can tell it had been bleeding. And they said nothing about it, it had to be discovered. I know accidents can happen. But for it to be two nails and a lack of decency to even say they’ve hurt our boy, we definitely won’t be returning.

Warning about this groomer. I was looking for a new groomer for my two yorkies. I have a mini yorkie and a tea cup yorkie. After reading the reviews I decided to contact them and make an appointment for my two dogs. I gave them all the necessary information about both of them such as age, sex, behavioral habits, health, type of food. I dropped both dogs off early and when I went to pick them up with a friend of mine, the owner of this business who is the groomer gave me Chanel first and then told me that he had a problem with my tea cup Kobe. He moved and made a cut under his eye. Kobe was bleeding when he gave him to me. The owner told me that if I needed to take Kobe to the vet or the emergency room to let him know. Which I did after taking Kobe to the emergency room I sent him two text
