we originally came in to get just kuhli loaches and left with a bunch of other fish, all are healthy and very happy! their setups are clean and planted, and all of their animals looked healthy. would 1000% recommend this place if you want to get away from chain stores.

I got exactly what I came here looking for. If they do not have what you see, ask! We are happy with our new piggy baby Mochi

I will get pictures to post, but honestly coming into this store enraged me and saddened me. The whole store was disgusting and near cluttered. All of the animals were so shy and stressed out. It stunk so bad. Their back room was a mess which I get customers don’t go in the back but cmon…. Some animals looked like they were surrendered to the store which isn’t necessarily a problem, the problem comes into play that hardly any of the reptiles were desensitized nor were the rabbits or hamsters etc. ALL of the animals including the fish were high strung and stressed out. I visited once about 4 years ago and the store was in much better condition along with the animals. What happened???

I can't possibly find enough words of praise for the young men who were so eager, and the Country Cowboy Young Man is so knowledgeable of every critter in the pet palace. I say palace" because that's how they treat all of the critters and we shoppers too!!!! I was just so thrilled to discover how great our local.pet store is. I'll be going back because, as you can see....We all love critters around our home!!!!

The gentleman that helped us was so helpful explaining everything from what to add to our water to explaining the fish and what we should do as first time fish owners. We definitely will be going back next week to get more fish. Great customer service!!
