DO NOT GO HERE. I took my 7 month old kitten to the vet to get neutered. I shared concerns of my cats health with the vet technicians, assuming it would be told to the vet. My cat has been panting consistantly and it has been concerning. My cat was okay during surgery, but when the vet called afterwords to talk about his bloodwork, I mentioned my cats breathing again, and the vet had no idea. He even said something like "if I would have known that I would not have done the surgery" and "it is so serious that he could die overnight" and "sometimes the game of telephone doesn't work out". This is negligence. I shared my concerns in detail and was ignored. If my cat had passed under their care, I would probably take legal action for negligence. I’ve been bringing my reactive dog here for quite some time, and Dr. Connor has always been incredibly patient and understanding, which makes a huge difference for both my dog and me as a fur mom. The techs and front desk staff are also kind, patient, and supportive, which I truly appreciate because vet visits can be stressful for us. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit with Dr. Frederick, I left feeling disappointed. My dog was anxious and reactive, and some of the comments made about his behavior made me feel uncomfortable and like I wasn’t doing enough as a pet owner. It was disheartening after so many positive experiences in the past. I took both of my dogs in for check ups. Upon arrival the staff was very polite and accommodating. The vet tech listened to my questions and responded with understanding and empathy. The doctor got down to the level of my dogs. She tolerated their kisses while examining them. She had clear, concise answers for my questions. Check out was efficient and cheerful.

Please do not use this animal clinic, my friend adopted her GSD puppy, and they are affiliated with them and didn’t think they’d be any issues. We were wrong, wrong! First follow-up (August 26th, 2025) after being spaded to make sure she was doing okay and asked to look at her ear being red and they applied some medication on it and first kennel cough shot per their recommendation and follow up in two to four weeks. I took her dog for her kennel cough booster shot and follow-up (September 10th, 2025) treatment on her ears at noon. Upon arrival all went well until I asked about checking her ear as they were still red, shaking her ear and scratching her ears and was told that we would have to reschedule.
