We had a appointment at 9am for our dog. We got there at 8:50 am and just want to see if they opened up early, no, so waited. At 9 am we wait outside and wait and wait. 9:12 we ended up leaving due to work. This was so inappropriate, I called multiple times too. Honestly, I was so excited to see that they reopened and we had a groomer so close to our house. But this behavior is so disappointing, and we didn’t even get our dog groomed.
Great price and quick. Groom was okay. Didn't shave out the paw pads or do much de-shedding. I think this spot might be a good place for small dogs, not sure they are used to doing larger dogs.
I love the results I get every time I take my 3 dogs there.
Dawnalene does a fabulous groom on my miniature havanese! My little doggie is deaf and she absolutely loves Dawn and looks so sweet when she's done with beautiful bows in her ears! We'll always go to Dawnalene!
Dawn gives each individual animal the attention and care they need, to feel safe and loved, throughout the entire experience. She works hard to build a relationship with EVERY client, and EVERY animal. I will never go anywhere else.
