So grateful to this office! Thank you Elizabeth and Dr. Sidhu for helping my chihuahua, Nova, and I make it to Hawaii! We were denied boarding and this office got us in and out and on our way in less than two hours so we could make it home!

Dr. Sidhu was extremely helpful during our international relocation process. She guided us through all the required vaccinations and USDA paperwork for our dog Oreo and made sure everything was completed correctly and on time. Pet travel documentation can be stressful, but she was patient, thorough, and very responsive throughout. We truly appreciate her coordination and attention to detail. Highly recommend her clinic for anyone needing travel certificates or routine care.

I brought my 6-month-old kitten to this clinic for a wellness exam and vaccines. During the visit I was told she had ear mites, but no treatment for mites was actually provided at the appointment. I was advised to wait because the medication was not available and was also told that Revolution is only preventative and does not treat active ear mite infestations. After two visits where the primary service provided was vaccinations, I was sent home with ear cleaner and antibiotic ointment but no definitive treatment for mites was administered in the office or demonstrated. Because of the delay and confusion around the treatment plan, I decided to seek a second opinion from another veterinary clinic. Two days before Christmas I noticed something was wrong with my cat’s ear (a wound). I didn’t have a vet yet so I started calling around and the first place answered and immediately hung up. 😰 Next I called Airport Vet Clinic and for the rest of the day they blew me away with their service! They told me to come in right away, they saw my cat right away, answered all my questions without rushing me out. I saw them work to translate with another client to make sure her needs were met.
