I’m new to this area but I definitely take pride in my Benz and have invested a lot of time and money into my car so I only want the best for it when it comes to maintenance and when I tell you these wonderful people at Das auto garage have done just that! My car runs like I just got it and did not hesitate to look out for me when it came to anything I’ve needed done. Quick fast service and they would get 100 stars from me! These guys are awesome, Extremely trustworthy, and on my last major repair on my Audi they had all the old parts pulled to show me what was replaced. I love how they fried themselves on transparency and honesty. Can’t say enough good things and I highly recommend them!

Each experience I have had here over the last several years with my Audi A4 has been phenomenal. They're extremely thorough and give you a detailed analysis of everything they find as well as providing alternative courses of action. Best mechanics I've ever had work on any of my vehicles including multiple dealerships.

They did the front crank seal on my a4. To do this they had to remove and reinstall the lower timing cover. I have to change the timing chain now and the bolts are one time use but they reused the old ones. Also, the spec on the bolts are 8lbs torque. Five of the bolts were stripped out and the rest clicked at 54+ lbs with a torque wrench. Now I have to weld bolt heads on the break them loose. ****Update: the shop contacted me first thing this morning. Asked some info to look into it. They called me back shortly after to explain the procedure they used to replace the seal without removing the lower timing cover. I checked with another mechanic and it seems that they were being honest. I don’t hold them responsible for stripping the bolts. I appreciate the reaching out to me to clear thing
