I’m new in town and Cypress Vet came highly recommended. And with my senior kitty’s first visit, I can see why. Everyone there was warm and friendly. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable. Dr. Laura looked over my girl’s chart well and knew all about her heart condition. They explained what each test was and there was NO pressure involved in getting anything. All costs stated upfront. All costs reasonable! There wasn’t even the usual push for dental (she said we could weigh the need based on a number of factors). Cypress Vet is at the top of that list. We’ve got three dogs, two cats, and we’ve moved several times. Through it all, Cypress has been incredible. I finally switched to Cypress Vet on a friend's recommendation after a year of being unhappy at a different provider. The difference was night and day; I wish I had come to Cypress sooner! The front desk, vet tech, and vet teams were all top notch -- extremely friendly, understanding, and responsive. I spoke to the vet (Dr. Hamill, who was wonderful) for quite a while about options for my sick cat, and she was so realistic and compassionate and shared her personal and professional experience to help me make decisions about what was right for our pet.
