The entire staff is warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Riddell does an outstanding job every single time…knowledgeable, patient, and truly compassionate. You can tell he loves what he does, and that love shows in how he treats both the animals and their owners. I can't express enough gratitude for the years of outstanding care, support, and respect my fur-babies and I were given. From the week I got them til the day they crossed the rainbow bridge. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately I had to go twice in one day last week with 2 different cats. Wonderful staff. The doctor is also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Excellent experience!

Yesterday, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to put our dog to sleep. During such a heartbreaking moment, the compassion and care shown by the staff meant so much. When we walked in, the front desk employee was incredibly kind and empathetic. She was genuinely sad for our loss and offered her thoughts and prayers, which we deeply appreciated. We were taken to a private room and given time and space to say our goodbyes at our own pace. We were even given a frame with a button to press when we were ready for the vet to come in. The staff provided us with beautiful paw print stamps and even cut a piece of the blanket we used to bury him in, giving us a keepsake we will treasure forever. They also gave us a burial box, and allowed us to leave out the side door rather than walk

I love this place…I came as a walk-in with my sick puppy. Everyone was so polite and friendly, as well as professional. We got attended quickly, they also let you know everything that’s going on as it happens. Although I had to make a hard decision and let my puppy rest, their team makes sure to comfort and try to make things less traumatic. Overall, although the circumstances were tough, I left with closure knowing they did what they could and my pup is no longer in pain.
