Cydni is not afraid of a challenge and I couldn't have left any more pleased with her service. She ended up cutting my dog's nails knowing that my dog does not respond well to nail clippings. And truly tackled it with zero hesitation. 10/10 will be a returning client

Our two Dachshunds had an appt 03/21/25.We brought them at 1, the appointment time. We came back at 3 (we were told 3:30) but thought we would just check to see if maybe they were done. Cyndi got snippy with my daughter. At 3:30 my daughter went in and got them and paid. Our one dog was cut so choppy and looks terrible, it seemed that only half of his nails were cut. When I called Cyndi, she blamed it on her own self and said she was rushing. If she was so busy she could have told me so and we could've changed the appointment. She was not very nice when I called today to talk to her about it. She did offer to fix it but I refuse to put my 15 year old dog through that. She did offer to give me a refund for him, said take him somewhere else next goodbye and hung up. Not professional at all.

I had my Newfoundland groomed by Cindi when I first moved here for the summer. She did a great job. Recently she was in a bad need of a bath and to be fresh but not a trim, and she was able to fit her in that day. She is great and a very nice person. Highly recommend her.

This was my second time going to Cyndi's Pet Styles. The first time, I called hoping to get in quickly, and Cyndi was able to squeeze me in right away. She was so good with my baby, and did a wonderful job! Last week I called to make another appointment, but I added it on my calendar for the wrong day. Unfortunately, I realized too late, so I ended up canceling at the last minute. I knew Cyndi was very busy, yet she was very understanding and was able to get me back in the next day. That was a really big deal to me as I cost her a lost appointment and yet she still took us back. Once again, she did such a great job with my Luna, who was a little scared, and in need of a good haircut. I usually do it, since Luna has gotten a little frightened and sensitive at 12yrs, but it's become a bit mu
