I switched hair stylists because mine went away for some time and I’m extremely disappointed with what I have received. I requested to trim my white cats fur and I went to go get them both my cats was shaved bald when I asked for a trim only on my white cat

I brought my dog to this place for the first time and they are super nice! Definitely call ahead of time to schedule an appointment! They are so good they're always packed! Love them and love how my dog looked after! They take really good care of the dogs there as well when they are waiting to be groomed. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Also, I love the smell of the shampoo they used on her, LOVE LOVE LOVE! New GO-TO place forever!

My dog is a 3 years old poodle. He is very sensitive and not social. But he did a good job there and looked happy when I went to pick him up. The cut was much better than I expected and cheaper than other places I took him. I used to pay 70 dollars for 17 pounds.But I paid much less.

I’m calling to reconfirm my dog’s grooming appointment, and I’m really disappointed with the way I was treated. I don’t appreciate the attitude I received when I just wanted to confirm the time. It’s unacceptable to be spoken to rudely when I’m simply trying to ensure my pet’s appointment is set. I expect better service, especially when it comes to the care of my dog.

I took two of my 4 dogs to Cutie Pet Grooming on the recommendation from Meeko who comes there to be groomed. I was very happy with the help I got from Jenny and was satisfied with the cuts, except for one item which I will work out with the groomer on my next visit. I drive from Anaheim so their appt was a bit long so next time I will plan on going to a movie, or ? Thank you for including teeth cleaning in the cost per groom.
