Cut N Strut

We have been using Cut N Strut to board our two dogs for about a year and can't imagine bringing them anywhere else. Their rates are comparable and you get a free bath with an overnight stay, so your dogs come home feeling and smelling fresh and clean :) I've been most satisfied with the availability offered. Our family is all out of state, and on more than one occasion I have called inquiring of boarding with very limited time ("Can I drop my dogs off tomorrow?"). The owners have always been kind and available. I've even called while they are home making dinner and they came down to the store to open it up for us to pick up/drop off. Yes, there is a sign that the door is locked, but this is for the safety of the dogs they have inside. My experience is that even if they don't pick up the

Horrible experience. First time using them. I arrived at appointment time to find door locked with a note to call a number and someone would be down to unlock. Called number several times and it went to voicemail. Knocked on door and no answer while with what seemed like 20 dogs on the inside went crazy. Twenty minutes later I gave up. Very unprofessional.

Sarah was phenomenal, so patient, and so kind with our dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Horrible experience...never again.
