I walked in knowing nothing about the needs of a guinea pig and walked out confident that little Miss Lemon ( named by my grandson) would be living like royalty, all at a reasonable price! Thank you for your expertise and fantastic customer service!

Wonderful customer service from skilled people who love animals. The selection of birds, ferrets, gerbils, rabbits, lizards, and snakes is fairly large.

A lot of very ill animals in very filthy conditions. Mislabeled fish, a macaw with an over grown beak (not gonna even go into how sketchy it is for a chain pet store to be selling large parrot species. They are still highly trafficked birds.), and green iguana dying of dehydration, cockatiels running on the floor of a cage covered in their feces, and over all very stressed animals. I would have never come here if I didnt need the water gel for my roach colonies.

Great place! The owner is so knowledgeable about all his animals, the enclosures aren't crowded with animals, they have hand fed babies by the register that are beyond sweet and adorable. This is the best pet store I've seen!

The store is clean, the staff very nice, eager to sell, however not very informative, I had to show a staff member the difference between male and female gouramis, sadly, they just want to sell, sell, sell, I was doing some investigations, they informed me that acaras and puffers can live coexistant, that’s not at all true, just because you have them crammed in the same tank does not mean they are community fish!!! Watch out! Seems as if they just will hire anyone
