Updated review- Our initial experience with Custom Tile and Design was phenomenal. Everyone was very helpful, installer did a great job and I think price was very reasonable. The installer told us to expect cracks and they would repair them after six months or so to allow settling. But now a year later, and numerous calls, no one has come out. It's been months and 4+ phone calls. I wish the follow though would be better,. Sometimes I call and they are kind and sometimes I call and the worker is more unpleasant. I am unsure if I would use them again, they seem to only care about their big projects.

The best place to go for all your ceramic tile needs. The showroom is packed full of unique products and the showroom consultants are on the leading edge of the design. A+
