Cupps' Dog Boarding

We had a very terrible, traumatic experience here. We boarded our two dogs for the weekend of our wedding. One of our dogs needed an unexpected surgery for an abscess drainage on her neck a couple days prior. We updated the owner and she said it was still okay to bring her. We let her know at drop off to please call if she needed anything. When we returned two days later, our dogs neck wound was GAPING open. This extended down the length of her entire neck. Mind you, no one at the facility had noticed. Both the cone and bandage had been removed despite informing them to keep it on. We had to take her to the nearest Emergency Vet for immediate surgery. 3 and a half months later I’m still traumatized remembering the condition of my dog when we picked her up, needed to give myself time to wri

my parents had a bit of nightmare situation when picking up our dogs from cupps’ this last monday. one of our three doggies had a horribly infected deep cut on her foot. when we asked why they hadn’t taken her to the vet, or at the very least informed us of her injury, they claimed that they feared a weekend vet visit would be too costly. our sweet senior doggy JD ended up needing several stitches and treatment for an infection that the vets told us was caused by her untreated wound and could possibly result in her losing part of her leg. thankfully our senior pup is a strong lady that will hopefully make a full recovery without surgery, but we felt it was necessary to share how disappointed and dismayed with our experience at cupps’. unfortunately we will not be returning and our advice

We've been having our pups stay here whenever we travel for ever since we got them. Phenomenal results each time, clean kennels, friendly feedback and my dogs are always happy to make new friends! I highly recommend this kennel to anyone who needs to ensure their dogs will be taken care of rightly.

It's either a trip to Cupp's or Grandma's house. I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else. :) Clean kennels, outdoor play area, wonderful people. I would stay there myself! Here's our two excited to go to "doggy daycare."

Fantastic place to board your dog! We have had Belgian Malinois’ for years. They’re high energy, highly intelligent dogs that don’t typically do well at boarding facilities. Cupps Kennels is one of only two boarding kennels that I’ve found that our Mal did well at while boarding. They take fantastic care of the dogs in their kennels, and are very well educated on various breeds’ needs. Highly recommend them!
