Culver Melanie DVM

I've used them over the past 6 months. I had an older dog that got to the point in March where she could no longer stand. They worked to find a same day schedule opening despite me being an hour away. Having to watch a pet die is horrific but Dr. Culver helped me get through it. The service was very humane. Unfortunately, I had another dog that was very ill. I decided to use Evergreen for in home palliative care. After the initial visit, Kayla (sometimes Sky) would check in with me each week - no additional charges. Evergreen helped guide me - did not push additional visits or undue medications. Dr Culver is a hero in my eyes, and that's the truth. I am up early in the morning, bawling my eyes out because we had to help our 13 yr old Roxie over the Rainbow Bridge. This woman is incredibly compassionate and soothing . Our Roxie actually liked her and she doesn't take to everyone. We were worried about her being scared before she was euthanized, but Dr Culver took her time, connected with our fog and showed so much compassion. We will always be grateful how she handled one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives. She's an angel to me and if I ever have to make this decision again, she will be the one We go to.

Being from this area I never had a pet that went to a veterinarian. So after years of growing up. I purchased a 9 week old Pomeranian when I was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas. Her name is Lacey Linae and she is a very active little girl. she is my heart and completion to our family. We recently moved to eastern shore Salisbury in June and had a attack of fleas get to her. Drastic measures we had to shave all her beautiful fur that made her look like an Pomeranian. And after our on tries to get rid of the fleas I scheduled a well deserved appointment and she was given nextgard and it worked very well. I very satisfied with her care.

We took our new dog here today for the first time. Couldn’t be more pleased. Attention to detail was wonderful. Kept us totally informed and listened to my concerns without being rushed. Overall fabulous experience with Dr. Melanie Culver and staff.
