Banfield Pet Hospital

I had to make a last-minute change in my puppy’s appointment and the lovely, most pleasant girls, went out of their way to fit him onto their schedule earlier. And, of course, when we arrived, they were as friendly and as excited to see him as always. They were willing to add an additional service to trim his nails at a last minute request, and I greatly appreciate that as well. Finally, they were very good at explaining the appointment and we’re open to any questions.

Very knowledgeable Vet. I was a bit surprised. I came from a large California city where I've been with a Banfield Vet for over 20 years. The Salisbury office blew them away. Super friendly front staff who worked hard to accommodate. They were fast to respond to my calls and questions, and also to have meds ready for a quick pick up. The Vet was great. She was spot on with what my pet needed. The office didn't seem overly busy either, so getting a fast appointment seemed very possible. I highly recommend Salisbury Banfield!!

I absolutely LOVE this Banfield (Salisbury, MD)! I’ve been taking my 2 dogs there since May and I just signed up our new puppy to be added. The girls that work there are so nice, and smart, and hardworking. I love the courtesy calls the day after an appointment to follow up on status. I’ve had someone spend a-lot of time on the phone with me trying to help me through a tough situation with one of my dogs. She was intelligent and so kind. She comforted me and didn’t make me feel rushed. She truly was a godsend in that moment. They also don’t PUSH the plans down your throat but if you ARE interested, they can all speak on them and answer any questions you have. Speaking of the plans - I have now 3 dogs enrolled. The price of the plans is consistent what you’d expect.

A fantastic place to take your pets. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. We had a very good experience there today and I have been praising them to all my neighbors.
