My dog Zena was suffering of allergies and these raw spots on her front paws! We were given a topical ointment to put on the spots and got her injection for allergies! It’s helped her so much she used to scratch all the time! Now she don’t suffer from the spots on her paws and don’t itch and scratch! We’ve managed to get in under control! Best vet hands down!

I took my feline son to the PetCo vet Nextdoor and walked out. They treated my boy terribly. I came here immediately after the petco fiasco, and my son was treated with kindness and compassion. They did not sell unnecessary procedures and were fair in price. My son is feeling better now.

My dog had sprained his back and i didn’t know before hand if it was just a sprain or a much bigger issue. The staff was very respectful and they had my dog Winston for the day taken care of. The doctor later called and explained everything. I ended up working late and they have a backup plan where you can have another family member pick up your dog and it worked out for me. His back is much better and he’s happy and so am I! Very affordable

We needed urgent final care for our dog. Crossroads staff were kind and beyond sympathetic with us while we said goodbye to our beloved family member. This was our first ever experience with Crossroads. They were great.

I've always valued the compassionate care my pets receive here. The positive culture has always been one of the clinics strength. Although, it was frustrating that my message wasn't understood especially when I was trying to be helpful with the information shared this morning by Wedgewood pharmacist. Instead of reacting harshly over the phone a simple respond of "your feedback was valued and acted upon" would of been acceptable.
