Cross Timbers Veterinary Center & Boarding Facility

My first time at Cross Timbers was a very pleasant experience. My dog Annie needed a first time examination.. Kelly and Dr. Thompson were wonderful and helped to identify, and put me at ease over a couple of problems Annie has. I highly recommend Cross Timbers!

As always, a wonderful team of kitty-cat doctors and nurses at Cross Timbers. Leo gives two paws up for being escorted straight to his exam room instead of having to sit in the waiting room with the puppy dogs (a truly traumatic experience for a refined gentleman such as himself). The staff is kind, calm, and endlessly patient — with both cats and their humans. Leo was treated like the VIP he clearly believes he is, and I left feeling reassured, well-informed, and grateful we have such a fantastic vet team. 10/10 would trust with my tiny lion again.

Dr Fuller and staff were amazing to work with this weekend and Monday. We had symptoms which were unexpected and ultimately ended up with results which were not at all what we had anticipated. Dr Fuller’s bedside manner helped us through this difficult situation and we can’t thank her and the team enough!

Our new dog Benji loves this place and loves Dr. Thomson. We have been really happy with the consultation since he is HW+ and they don't just push doing the injections which would likely be deadly for him since he is not a dog you can keep calm easily. We appreciate the fact they laid out the options and discussed with us the best course of action based on his activity level and his age. We will continue our care with Dr. Thomson going forward. She's really AMAZING!

I have a difficult pet and finding a clinic that genuinely looks for my dog's best interest is easier said than done. I am lucky to have found Cross Timbers. My dog is very high maintenance and Cross Timbers has been there for everything from diagnosing allergies, removing tumors and cysts, helping with neurological issues, dental work, grooming, list goes on and on. I whole heartedly recommend the Mckinney location (to the extent I am willing to commute almost an hour each way).
