We contacted this kennel to get 2 puppies. We were told that they would have some available in early spring. I sent them a deposit. After not hearing from them for months, I began attempting to contact them. They were very unresponsive to my messages that I left and when I finally got a hold of Karin she told me that they were not going to be able to have puppies any time soon. I asked for a refund and she agreed to send me one. Since then, I have tried contacting them multiple times but they will not answer their phone nor return my calls. It is very frustrating and I feel like they are not a very responsible business. Don’t get involved with this business. You will be disappointed.
