I dont know why the VA pays these people any money. My son has disabilities, he had a hard time bending and sitting on floor. They were rude to him. We chose to hire Aunt Karen , in Hendersonville for our professional trainer at Doctor Pernells suggestion. Wise decision on our behalf.

I applied over a month ago and paid the service dog fee and never heard back from them. I reached out multiple times during the week throughout the month and emailed. They never picked up, returned my calls, or answered my emails. Terrible service!

scammed me, i was suppose to be doing service dog training. they had the dog i was training with on petfinder for sale then randomly remove me from the program because “i acted like i didn’t wanna be there” when i have severe anxiety and depression and never acted that way.

I called to get more information about the program and the person on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend them.
