Critter Care Pet Clinic

Great, caring clinic. All staff are very helpful and kind. Dr Tuominen was great to our little golden retriever. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her exams/appts. You can tell she really cares about your pets and knows they are part of your family.

We ran into a medical emergency with our dog today, and our vet was unable to service the needs we had (timing and just other things. We love our normal vet) we called critter care to see if they could squeeze us in to just be seen, and they could, which we did not expect. Our dog had some testing done, and was found to have a fatal issue. Our dog had to be put down today, but critter care honestly was the most empathetic and kind folks I’ve run in to. I’ve never had full vet care here, but based on our two hour interaction alone, I would highly recommend this place. From the front desk, to the techs and vet care, we felt cared for from arrival to departure. Although this was not the thing we hoped to happen today, we are thankful for the care we received and the kindness shown. Thank you

We were treated with courtesy and respect. We loved that all of our questions were answered throughly. Buddy had a great experience and didn’t even mind getting his vaccinations. Thank you for making him feel comfortable throughout his vet visit. The vet techs and Dr Bill are wonderful!

I’m handicapped with 2 over-20 pound cats who stress at vet appointments. A lovely assistant carried both cat carriers in for me so I could focus on getting my wobbly self indoors. Once inside, the assistant and vet were so gentle and calming that my cats handled the stress so very well. Grateful to be a customer. Highly recommend.
