Mila has been going here for about a year, I appreciate the availability when emergencies come up. I appreciate the price transparency. I took my senior dog for his first visit here and explained he only had to wear a muzzle at the last vet because he was very rough and fast. They got on the floor and worked with him to get him comfortable and he left as happy as he came in no issues. The girls up front are the sweetest and so welcoming and loving towards my dogs. Tucker literally jumped up on the counter and they didn't bat an eye while I got him down. Thanks for a smooth and welcoming transition to a new vet. The front end staff and your vet techs, they are all so sweet and gentle and kind with my babies.

The staff are beyond amazing. Raven, Liv, and Dr. T were so compassionate, helpful, and sympathetic when we had to very suddenly help our kitty cross the rainbow bridge on NYE. We were the last, and I think only, people in the building right before they closed, in a snowstorm, and they never once made us feel rushed, or that we were a burden and they wanted to get home. We aren't even normal patients there... A friend suggested them when our vet was closed for the holiday and we knew she wasn't going to make it through the night. She turned extremely quickly. All of the staff are amazing, and remembered us by sight when we went back a few days later to pick up our kitty's ashes. Everyone was so nice and supportive in one of the most stressful moments of my life. The kindness and empathy of the entire staff was amazing. They kept asking if they could do/get me anything, watched my Doggy so I could take a moment outside to breathe. Absolutely would recommend this Vet to anyone; especially in an emergency. I called only 10 minutes before my arrival notifying them of my emergency and was in a room with a caretaker by the time I got there. They expeditiously performed an exam and lab tests; and kept me informed of everything throughout the entire process. The doctor also did everything he could to minimize costs and not perform unnecessary testing; which I am not sure most vets would’ve done. Very fair price for an ER Vet visit. This was my first time taking my cat to this facility. I ended up choosing this place due to convenient hours and locations. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was able to get in the same day, which was amazing! Unfortunately, I had to come in to put down my cat. When I came in, we were put in a room immediately. The staff were super kind and friendly. When it came time to put my sweet girl down, they had warm blankets and treats to make her comfortable. Dr. K was amazing and just as friendly as the rest of the staff. Afterwards, I was sent home with a complimentary paw print and jar of fur to remember my cat. To my surprise a few weeks later, I was sent an endearing card with notes from all of the staff at the facility sending their condolences. The staff at Creekview go above

I can’t say enough amazing things about this vet office! We began coming here because of the convenient hours and location, and we are so glad we did. We’ve taken our cats here for a couple years for check ups & minor things, they’ve always been very thorough, and although vet bills are never fun, you truly get an above and beyond experience here worth paying for, which actually made a huge difference when we unfortunately had to euthanize our cat here recently. Our cat Ricky was diagnosed with a very unfortunate heart condition, and a seemingly routine check up turned into a nightmare diagnosis for our sweet cat.
