Customer for life! I have known Dr. Russ for over 30 years and I have taken all my pets to him. I have tried other Veterinarians since I moved 2 hours north, but I didn’t get the kind of care I expected. So now we all get into the car and take the drive for my dog’s checkup.

Loving and attentive staff who make your pet feel like one of their own. Classic veterinary practice without all the pushy upsell of newer "modern" places. You will never leave here feeling like they didn't do everything possible to make your pet feel comfortable.

Always a pleasure dealing with Dr Russ and staff. Have been with them for 14 years and always have been there for me and my pups! Very responsive to calls and care about your pet as if they were theirs.

I just love Dr Russ & Diane they are the excellent with your pet they treat them like it was their own dog or any animal they took amazing care of my late Gizmo aka Gizzy who was a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel that Genetically have heart issues which my Gizzy did it was terminal but Dr Russ did everything possible to treat my Gizzy he was really bad when first diagnosed & Dr Russ gave me an extra year with my Gizzy with him not suffering but it came to the end of his heart disease & even the cardiologist said that there was nothing else that could be done medications were not working anymore so I had to do what was the hardest thing ever but the most loving & kind thing to stop his suffering he had 12 pounds of fluids in lungs & around heart & in his tummy I miss him so this June 1st 2
