We’ve had reliably good service here for our dog. He is so excited to go. I wish they were a bit stricter with rewarding calm behavior but for sure the best boarding solution we’ve had in the area.

We scheduled grooming appointments for our three dogs over three months ago as new clients and confirmed multiple times that all three were on the schedule. Each time, we were told yes. Then, just one week before the appointment, the business called to tell us we needed to have all three dogs get flu shots before they could be seen. That last-minute notice required a $400 vet visit just so we could keep the appointments. But the most frustrating part — when they called the day before to confirm, they suddenly said they only had two dogs scheduled and couldn’t see the third at all. We specifically planned this day off work so all three dogs could be done together. If we wanted to split them up, we would have scheduled it that way. We take our girl to get groomed regularly here and Sam does such a good job! Comes back with a fun bandana. We’ve also boarded our dog here over a long weekend and it was a great experience. They played with her, took her on long walks, and made sure to ask about any special needs or treats or toys.

This is a good place for cats and dogs. It's atmosphere is a bit cold for exotic pet birds. My spoiled baby bird wasn't use to this type of place and wasn't to friendly with the staff. I wouldn't suggest boarding a larger size bird here.
